A cake is booked, not bought off a shelf. You tell us the date, we bake it that week, and we hand it to you - so it looks the way it looked when it left the kitchen.
Our first menu is still being filled in. Cakes shown here are real; some are still missing a price. Flavors are agreed with you when you book.

How to order
Four steps, one conversation

Tell us the date
The date is the only thing we need first. Everything else - size, flavor, what it says on top - we work out from there.

We confirm
We come back with what we can do that week, a price and the notice we need. We bake Mon-Fri, and a two-tier cake needs the most warning.

We bake it that week
Not before. A cake baked to be ready on the day is a different thing from a cake baked to survive a week of waiting.

Pickup or delivery
You collect it, or we bring it within 20 miles. Either way it is handed over by a person, never left on a step.

Why cakes don't ship
We deliver within 20 miles of Westlake, Florida, and you are welcome to collect instead. From here that reaches Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, West Palm Beach and about as far as Jupiter.
Cookies survive a carrier. A finished cake does not - it arrives leaning, sweating or broken, and there is no version of that we would want to put our name on. So cakes stay local until we can do them properly, and we would rather say that plainly than sell you one and apologize afterwards.
Outside the radius and set on a cake? Write to us anyway. Sometimes the answer is yes.

- Tell us first
- If anyone at the table has an allergy, say so when you book rather than after. We bake in one kitchen, so there are some things we can work around and some we cannot, and we will tell you which is which.
