Baked the morning they leave us
Cookies go into the tin warm and the tin goes out the same day. We bake Mon-Fri and hand off to the carrier Mon-Thu, so nothing we make sits in a facility over a weekend on the way to you.

The board rotates. We bake what is good that week rather than holding a fixed range, so what you see here is what is actually going in the oven.
This week's board is not up yet. Check back - we set it when the week's bake is decided.
Shipping
How a tin gets to you
3 days or fewer
That is a promise rather than an estimate, and it is the reason we ship the days we do. A cookie that spends five days in transit is not the cookie we baked.
Never on a Friday
We hand off Mon-Thu only. A parcel collected on a Friday sits in a carrier facility until Monday, so Friday's bake ships the following week instead.
One flat rate
One flat rate on every order, whatever is in the box - we are still costing it, and we would rather leave this blank than quote a number that changes. Carriers price by weight; you will see the exact figure at checkout.
Ships to Florida
We bake in Florida and ship within Florida while we grow. Order from anywhere - if we cannot reach you yet we will say so at the address step and take your email for the day we can.
