Before you order
Cookie tins ship to Florida and arrive within 3 days. Cakes are not shipped at all — they are delivered or collected within 20 miles of Westlake, Florida. Everything is baked to order, so nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting for you.
How long does shipping take?
3 days at the most. Tins go to the carrier Mon-Thu only — never on a Friday, because a parcel handed over on a Friday sits in a sorting facility all weekend and arrives stale. Friday's bake ships the following Monday.
Can I order from outside Florida?
Not yet. Shipping is limited to Florida while the kitchen proves out its packaging over a full run of orders. You can leave an email address on the home page and be told the day that changes.
Do you deliver cakes?
Cakes are delivered or collected within 20 miles of Westlake, Florida. They are never shipped: a decorated cake does not survive a carrier network, and sending one anyway would be selling you a ruined cake.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes, for cakes and for cookie tins. Pickup is arranged for a time when the order is finished rather than a fixed counter hour — there is no storefront, just a kitchen and an agreed time.
When do you bake?
Mon-Fri, with weekends kept for weddings, parties and anything else built around a date. Every order is baked for its own delivery day.
Do you make custom cakes?
Yes. Cakes are made to a date and an occasion — flavour, size and finish are agreed before anything is booked. Start on the contact page with the date you need and roughly how many people it has to feed.
